On Tuesday I went to the
Keady Market, which is a flea/farmer's market. They had tons of DVDs, but since I just bought a bunch I decided I shouldn't get any more (even though some of them were only $2!). I did buy The Stepfather (1987) on VHS for $1 though. So instead of buying DVDs I got 5 book for $1 each. Here's what I got:
Ghouls by Edward Lee
The Backwoods by Edward Lee
The Dragon by William Schoell
Cat's Cradle by William W. Johnstone
Fiends by John Farris
So has anyone read any of these? What do you think, are they worth $1 each?

I'd say those covers are worth a buck apiece... the novels themselves, well, you mighta got ripped off.
Haha, we'll see. I love the cover that shows the baby with a cat head.
My girlfriend is reading a horror anthology now and the cover image is of a screaming man's head on a pendant in the form of a monkey. It makes no sense whatsoever! Can't wait to find out if it's in one of the stories or not.
Haha, that's hilarious. What's it called?
New Terrors II edited by Ramsey Campbell. She actually quite liked the collection, even the story with that image!
