On September 9, SCREAM will change to become DUSK, a new channel featuring supernatural, thriller and suspense-based Hollywood feature films and television series seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
We're kicking things off with 9 network premieres over 9 nights, with films starring Jodi Foster, Scarlett Johansson, Glenn Close, Morgan Freeman, Ryan Gosling and more.
Fans of the supernatural can catch the network premiere of Showtime series Poltergeist: The Legacy at 6 pm ET on September 9.
And for all you horror lovers, DUSK will offer late-night, commercial-free blocks featuring terror and cult favourites such as The Thing, Jeepers Creepers, Pet Cemetery, Army of Darkness and Dr. Giggles.
I can't believe this is happening. Scream was my favourite channel. And now they're only going to show horror late at night? And to give you a taste of their quality programming, here are a few of the first movies to air. The Black Dahila (that horrible movie with Scarlett Johansson), Angel Eyes (that crap movie where J.Lo is a cop) and The Net (starring Sandra Bullock). Will someone please make a Canadian horror movie channel that actually shows good movies?
